Tool changer HF500 complete set

The HF500 automatic tool changer allows convenient exchange of insert tools. The magazine holds five tool places, which allows automatic, convenient and complex machining of complicated workpieces.

The tool sits in a direct clamping system in an SK10 tool holder. It is held in the taper by spring force with a pulling pliers and ejected pneumatically. The tool changer attachment has an integrated sealing air fan, which prevents dust from entering the ball bearing of the attachment and thus increases its service life.

For the use of the tool changer a compressor with at least 9-10 bar is required, which is not included.

Notes:

The WinPC-NC Starter control software does not support the configuration of the tool changer.
