You will have the right to have handed out to yourself or to a third party the data which we automatically process on the basis of your consent or to fulfil a contract. Data transmission when the contract was concluded and the goods were sent

Personal data will only be transmitted to third parties, if there is a need in the frame of the contract processing. Third parties may be for instance payment service providers, logistic companies

or specialised service providers such as tax consultants. We also have to meet our legal obligation towards the tax office or any other governmental authorities and the related transmission of personal data. No further transfer of the data takes place unless you have expressly approved such a transfer.

Any data transmitted on the contact form remain with us, until you request us to delete them, revoke your consent to such saving or there is no more need to save such data. Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

Retention period of contributions and comments

Contributions and comments as well as the related data such as IP addresses will be saved. The content remains on our website until it is being completely deleted or has to be deleted for legal reasons.

This website uses the service “Google Analytics” which is provided by the company Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) due to our legitimate interest in order to optimise and analyse our online offer in the sense of the art. 6 para. 1 item f. GDPR. The service (Google Analytics) uses “cookies” – text files which are saved on your terminal. The information collected by the cookies will be sent to a Google server in the United States and are saved there.

The IP anonymization is effective on this website.
