 Mini universal CNC milling machine

The following changes or improvements had been made on the machine:

- New axis adapter including amply, axial plain bearings and
optimum concentricity of the shafts by threads with dimensions smaller than specified

- The motor plates are now equipped with:
Motor-centering clearance, black powder-coated, incl. limit switch support

- Improved, protected assembly position for the X limit switch below the X-axis, reference travel is only possible at any position of the Y-axis, screwed limit switch

- All cables are protected by black corrugated hoses

- New control card (Uni 1500) with the following properties:
3-axle control card with a slot for an optional 4-axle module (59,- euros), variable input signals (SMC or cycle/direction reversible), this way it is possible to use almost any control software (PCNC, Mach3, ...), phase current adjustable up to 1500mA,
new

- specially adapted step motors made by Nanotec,

 - power supply unit integrated in the machine column, with 19V 3.5A, with ON/OFF switch also integrated in the columns.
