Conditions of Use
1. Prices and shipping costs:
All prices are in Euro inclusive of 19% VAT and plus shipping costs. The shipping costs you find on our homepage under: "Shipping and Returns”.
2. Delivery and payment:
The standard form of delivery is an insured parcel. Other (uninsured) types of delivery are chosen only on customers explicit request. In individual cases (e.g. if it´s cheaper for the customer), it´s possible to offer the customer an alternative (e.g. delivery via letter). If the customer disagrees, the delivery takes place as insured parcel.
We accept the following types of payment:
- Payment in advance via bank-transfer
- Payment in advance via PayPal (The PayPal fee is to be paid by the customer: 1,9 % of the total amount + 0,35 Euro for buyers in Germany, 3,9 % of the total amount + 0,35 Euro for buyers outside of Germany)
The current delivery periods are noted in the particular description of the articles.
3. Selling restriction: Generally we sell our products worldwide except to customers who are resident in the USA and Canada.
4. Reservation of proprietary rights:
All articles remain our property until such time as payment is completed.
5. Guarantee:
We sell goods ex works (German „Werkvertragsrecht §§ 633 ff. BGB a.F. und n.F.“). Every machine is build specially on customers explicit request. In case of occuring shortcomings, we reserve the right to rectify the malfunction.
The guarantee period for our goods is 6 month from the day of sale. In the case that our goods are reselled within the guarantee period, the new buyer inherits the guarantee claim. The new buyer has to verify the guarantee claim with the aid of the original invoice.
6. Warranty:
The implied warranty is 24 month. The warranty only applies for the original purchaser. The right of warranty is to be verified by the customer.
The right of warranty at USOVO is not applicable, if the goods are reselled. In this case, the new seller has to give the warranty (Except private sale: Warranty can be excluded. In this case, the new buyer has no warranty.).
7. Place of venue:
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with German law. Place of performance is Iserlohn, Germany. The court of Iserlohn, Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
